Do you feel like you're on a never-ending roller coaster of weight gain and weight loss?
We get it.

But before you know it, you've just starved yourself to such extremes that you can't hold on anymore.

You're weak, you're dizzy, you're borderline delusional, and next thing you know, you're in the cookie jar cramming more food into your mouth than you can handle. 

And all you can think is "Here we go again..."

Now you're preparing yourself for another lap around the roller coaster of 'weight loss'.

As soon as you feel you're getting close to your success, you crash again, back into binge eating and forced to start all over.

It's frustrating to say the least. 

What makes it even more frustrating is that you've got a family to look after and a job take care of - leaving very little time for yourself, and even less time to focus on your health and fitness.

Now frustration has turned into desperation. 

You start wondering if you'll ever be able to get back into your favourite jeans.

How do we get it?

Because that was the story of 85% of Body Velocity members, before we introduced them to our service.

My name is Jeremy Langlois.

And I used to be overweight with a tendency to jump between fad diet after fad diet, because I just didn't understand how health and fitness worked. 

It took me years of starving myself, losing weight, and putting it back on, before I understood that it's all about living a lifestyle of health and fitness. It's about enjoying the process, not being obsessed by the outcome. Once my perspective shifted, losing weight and living a fit and healthy life became simple and enjoyable.

When I made this realisation, I didn't have the life pressures that you have. I wasn't a busy parent with a full time job like you. I had all the time in the world to find what worked and what didn't.
I then realised that people like you don't have all the time in the world to figure it out on your own. So, in February 2017, Body Velocity Boot Camp was born to introduce our community to a simple, enjoyable lifestyle of health and fitness results.
My team and I have now helped hundreds of people in our community, and we want to help YOU next.
How can we help you move away from the unpredictable roller-coaster experience you've had with weight loss in the past?
Our service is built on the belief that health and fitness should be a simple, enjoyable lifestyle habit.

We do this through our 30 minute sessions, our supportive accountability checks, our non-judgmental environment, and a tonne of variety with sessions to keep things interesting.

When it comes to food, we don't give our members a strict meal plan to follow. Instead, we use a food diary to understand how our clients are consuming their food, and from there we give tips and advice on anything to change.

This means that our members never feel forced to follow a strict way of eating. We're simply modifying things with their current habits to make it a much easier shift for them.

Our proven methods have seen dozens of busy local parents achieve stable and consistent weight loss results of up to 1kg per week.

It's time to step up and take action on your health and fitness with the assistance of your local award-winning fitness service, Body Velocity Boot Camp.
Who is the Body Velocity service for?
Any fitness level will benefit from our service. Some members have the last stubborn 5kg to get rid of, and some have 30kg they want to lose. It's for any fitness level, and that works because our sessions are designed for everyone to complete at their own pace for their own level of fitness. And if you have any injuries that you need to be careful of when exercising, that's not a problem; our coaches will modify whatever is needed for you to be able to continue your work out, without aggravating your injury.
Do I need to bring anything?
All you need to bring to each session is a water bottle. If you'd like, feel free to bring a towel as well. We have all the equipment, which will be neatly set up and ready for the group as you come in. 
What kind of access does this trial give me?
This trial will give you unlimited access to one full week of our boot camp sessions, of which there are 25 to choose from. Our full timetable can be found here: BVBC Timetable.
I don't have a lot of weight to lose, can I still take part?
Yes, you certainly can, you don’t need to have a lot to lose to participate in this challenge. Some only have their last 2 or 3 kilos to lose and just want the extra accountability and family environment at Body Velocity.
What are the workouts like?
We focus on movement quality, strength and lots of activity with little rest. But don't worry, our sessions are set up for everyone to complete at their own pace for their own levels of fitness, and if you have any injury limitations, we will modify the workout to suit you.
