We get it.
You've done every kind of diet under the sun and you've either never seen results, or you lost a tonne of weight very quickly, and put it back on just as quickly.Â
We get it.
You start this new celebrity diet.Â
For breakfast you'll have an almond.
For lunch you'll lick an apple.
And for dinner, you'll yell at a picture of yourself naked.
Okay, it may not be that bad, but it definitely feels that bad.
You stick with it for one or two weeks, and guess what?
You start to notice the jeans getting looser and you get a glimmer of hope...Â
"Maybe it's finally working. Maybe I can finally get rid of my weight and keep it off for good."
But before you know it, you've just starved yourself to such extremes that you can't hold on anymore.
You're weak, you're dizzy, you're borderline delusional, and next thing you know, you're in the cookie jar cramming more food into your mouth than you can handle.Â
And all you can think is "Here we go again..."
Now you're preparing yourself for another lap around the roller coaster of 'weight loss'.
As soon as you feel you're getting close to your success, you crash again, back into binge eating and forced to start all over.
It's frustrating to say the least.Â
What makes it even more frustrating is that you've got a family to look after and a job take care of - leaving very little time for yourself, and even less time to focus on your health and fitness.
Now frustration has turned into desperation.Â
You start wondering if you'll ever be able to get back into your favourite jeans.Â
Or your favourite swimsuit.
Or your wedding dress.
And you then get to a point where you flat out surrender.
You start telling yourself that you don't deserve to be at your goal weight and living in your dream body.Â
You start throwing away all the old clothes that you love, because you start believing that you'll never be able to fit back into them.
You've now given up hope.
We get it.Â
How do we get it?
