What is included in the Results Experience Program?

Unlimited access to all boot camp sessions.

Goal-Setting Consult & Measurements

Before getting started with your Results Experience Program, you will be required to complete our Virtual Goal-Setting consult, where you will explain to us what your health and fitness goals are, and where you will be taken through an explanation on how to set up your food diary.

Following that, your measurements will be taken after your first boot camp so that we have our starting numbers, and we can track progress over the month.

One-on-one nutritional support.

At boot camps you're training in a group, but when it comes to nutrition, you'll have one-on-one, fully personalised support with your eating habits. 

Your coach will monitor your food diary and will give you advice to implement as you go. We'd rather take this approach compared to giving you a strict meal plan because we've noticed that people dislike having a strict 'one-size-fits-all' meal plan.

Instead, your coach will keep an eye on how you're currently consuming food and will help you modify things from that information, making it a much simpler and easier way of modifying your nutrition for your health and fitness success.

My name is Jeremy Langlois.

It's time to step up and take action on your health and fitness with the assistance of your local award-winning fitness service, Body Velocity Boot Camp.
Who is the Body Velocity service for?
Any fitness level will benefit from our service. Some members have the last stubborn 5kg to get rid of, and some have 30kg they want to lose. It's for any fitness level, and that works because our sessions are designed for everyone to complete at their own pace for their own level of fitness. And if you have any injuries that you need to be careful of when exercising, that's not a problem; our coaches will modify whatever is needed for you to be able to continue your work out, without aggravating your injury.
Do I need to bring anything?
All you need to bring to each session is a water bottle. If you'd like, feel free to bring a towel as well. We have all the equipment, which will be neatly set up and ready for the group as you come in. 
I don't have a lot of weight to lose, can I still take part?
Yes, you certainly can, you don’t need to have a lot to lose to participate in this challenge. Some only have their last 2 or 3 kilos to lose and just want the extra accountability and family environment at Body Velocity.
What kind of access does this trial give me?

What are the workouts like?
We focus on movement quality, strength and lots of activity with little rest. But don't worry, our sessions are set up for everyone to complete at their own pace for their own levels of fitness, and if you have any injury limitations, we will modify the workout to suit you.
